Which Club Needs to Go?

Won't happen. If they did relocate them I think it would be to Perth or something.

Well it won’t happen because the nrl don’t have any balls or vision.

Theyll prop up the Sharks endlessly, despite common sense.

But, if they did want to fix the shit, then a new team from Brisbane would be the way to go.

Fuck Perth, play to your strengths.

I'd love another team in Brisbane. I just don't want a relocated Sydney team tbh.

Me too...Brisbane is big enough and has enough great players to form a second team. I just hope it is not those cunts at Redcliffe.

Talk won’t stop.

NRL looking at th3 Sharks books.

No major sponsors, reliant on property and question marks over financial viability.

Apparently a Brisbane based Qld cup team has been tapped on the shoulder and told ‘be prepared’.

Where did you hear this? I've not read anything about that.

I seriously doubt the NRL would simply take a QLD Cup team and just promote them into the NRL. They would want a brand new club that would be able to attract more fans - if you promoted say the Jets, you would only get Jets fans following them through. Those other Brisbane fans who don't follow the Jets would stay away most likely because they already follow other clubs.

Sorry, double post.

Flanagan can rip into the NRL all he wants, but he was the one who went against his ban and cheated.

He may be a good coach but the game is better off without him.

In any case, he will be back at some stage anyway...probably with the Eels.

Most clubs have increased their numbers, so that's good.

Very surprising numbers there from the Bulldogs, but their memberships may have gone on sale much later than others.
